Ribbon Cutting

It is our goal to partner with you to make your event a complete success.  To schedule your event please contact the Membership Department at the Laredo Chamber. Please keep in mind we need a minimum of two weeks advanced notice of your event and that our Ribbon Cutting ceremonies are scheduled during the week (Mon-Fri), from 10am to 5pm.  Additionally your membership account will be charged a $50.00 service fee.
 
The Laredo Chamber of Commerce will provide:

• Master of Ceremonies
• Ribbon/Bows
• Sound System
• Scissors
• Agenda

Your event will be posted on 3 websites (www.laredochamber.com),  (www.laredo360.com) and (www.laredo2night.com ), and will be placed on the Bienvenidos Committee schedule of events.   If you plan to send invitations to your fellow Chamber members or to the Laredo Chamber Board of Directors we can provide you with mailing labels.
