Richer has grown from two offices in Laredo Texas and Nuevo Laredo Tamaulipas to nineteen facilities with a total of 450,000 sq. ft. in warehouse space, attributing its success to its innovative technology, personalized client-customer relations, excellent work environment and utmost commitment to provide optimal solutions every step of the way.
A century later, Richer has become an integral international trade entrepreneur with over 50,000 loads crossing the Laredo and Nuevo Laredo border annually, generating over one-hundred-twenty jobs locally, close to two-hundred throughout its facilities situated on both sides of every U.S. and Mexico border from Laredo, Texas to San Diego, California.
Richer has been recognized by Estrategia Aduanera Magazine on its list of “Most Important Mexican Customs Brokers,” ranking 26th in 2016. In 2013, Richer received the prestigious Aggie 100 awarded to the 100 fastest growing Aggie-owned or Aggie-led businesses in the world. Various client partners such as Grupo Modelo, S.A. de C.V., have also recognized Richer as an outstanding service provider multiple times throughout the century.
“We feel very honoured by this recognition by the Laredo Chamber of Commerce, and we remain committed to promote and support education and the organizations and causes that have a positive impact on the economic development and job creation in our community”, said Ermilo Richer, III, Executive Director of Richer.
