Meet Martha Oviedo, co-owner of Organic Man Coffee Trike alongside her husband, Julio. For 10 years, they’ve grown their passion for traditional coffee into a mobile Nespresso trike that serves Laredo with heart and heritage. “If you’ve traveled anywhere in the world and had coffee, we want you to have that same experience with us here at the Espresso Bar” Over the years, they have enjoyed giving back to the community by sponsoring and collaborating with businesses, clubs, and organizations. New to the Laredo Chamber of Commerce, the duo has already connected with fellow businesses, gained insight, and found a space to grow and share ideas with others.
