As a Chamber member, you have the opportunity to host a professionally coordinated ceremony designed to maximize visibility and engagement. Our team will assist with planning and promotion so you can focus on celebrating your success.

Your Ribbon Cutting or Groundbreaking Ceremony includes:
Event coordination and program development
Master of Ceremonies (MC)
Electronic invitations distributed to Chamber members
Promotion through the Chamber's social media channels
Promotion in the Chamber newsletter
Chamber ribbon and ceremonial scissors
Sound system (when available)
Attendance by Chamber staff, Board members, Ambassadors, and community representatives when schedules permit
To maximize attendance and visibility, please keep the following guidelines in mind when planning your ceremony.
Schedule Tuesday through Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for maximum attendance and visibility.
Events may run Monday–Friday with the latest slot at 4:30 p.m. Any event after 4:30 p.m. requires Executive Director approval and a $150 after-hours fee.
A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for adequate marketing and promotion. Last-minute requests may have limited attendance and promotional opportunities.
Saturday events may be requested but are not recommended — they historically experience lower attendance, limited staff availability, and no guarantee of more than three Chamber Ambassadors.
The fee covers event coordination, marketing, promotional efforts, and Chamber staff support associated with your ceremony.
